This is so true when a problem persists, dragging on and on, draining your energy levels; and when you finally make a decision it’s like a great weight has been lifted from your shoulders. Sometimes difficult decisions just have to be made to enable you to move on in life, and this is where the I Ching (pronounced ee-ching) can help.  

The I Ching (Book of Changes) is an ancient Chinese system developed over many centuries from which advice and guidance can be sought for help making decisions in your life, perhaps regarding relationships or business.

The I Ching procedure is easy to follow and takes very little time to complete. The process can be completed using yarrow stalks or coins, the latter being a quicker and simpler process. You will require only three coins (of the same value), a pen, a piece of paper, and a little time to consider the results.

If you are interested in learning more about the I Ching there are several good books available (see below), and although the preferred method is the tossing of coins there are also online versions of the I Ching as in the above example.
